Lost Packages
At Jungkraut, we make every effort to ensure that each order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order is lost during shipping, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide your order number and any relevant details so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Damaged Packages
We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged package. If you receive a damaged product or package, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Send us an email with photos of the damaged items or the damaged package to [email protected], or call us at +41 (0)44 515 60 08.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, send you replacement products or initiate a refund.
