I would like to take out another subscription. What do I have to do?Updated a month ago

If you would like to receive another product on a regular basis, you have two options:

• For the same delivery frequency: Add the new product to your existing subscription directly in the customer portal. This way you will receive everything bundled in one delivery - shipping costs included from 60 EUR/CHF value of goods
• For a different frequency: Add the desired product to your shopping basket in the shop as usual and select a new subscription at checkout. This will then run separately with its own delivery interval.

Please note: Subscriptions with different intervals are dispatched individually, which entails separate shipping costs for orders with a value of less than 60 EUR/CHF.
