If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, so we recommend informing us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel it. You can reach us through the contact form, by email, or by phone – we will try to stop the order before it is shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you can return the order as usual, and we will refund the purchase amount.
Important: Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been shipped yet. Once shipping has started, our return policy applies.
