If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a return request: Contact us via the form on the Contact page on the website. There, you can submit a return request by providing your order number and the product you want to return.

2. Receive a return label: After submitting your request, we will send you a prepaid return label, which you can attach to your package. For returns within the EU and Switzerland, we cover the return shipping costs.

3. Send the package back: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging or a similar sturdy packaging, and send it back to us with the return label. Please ensure the products are in normal condition (not damaged or excessively used).

4. Receive a refund: Once the return is received, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. You will be refunded the full purchase amount (excluding any additional costs) within 14 days.

Note: If you live outside the EU or Switzerland, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself. If the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will, of course, cover the return costs in these cases as well.
