Yes, we offer both refunds and exchanges. Here are the details:
Refund: If you're not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Once the return has been received, we will refund the full purchase amount. Important: The products must be returned in original or normal condition.
Exchange: We currently do not offer a direct exchange service. If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, we recommend returning the original order and placing a new order. For example, if you received the wrong size or a different product, you can return the item and reorder the desired product from the shop.
If you request a refund, the entire amount you paid will be refunded to your original payment method. For returns outside the EU and Switzerland, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
